Q1:When will I receive my tracking numbers?

Once you've placed an order, we will send you an email with the corresponding information containing a tracking ID and tracking numbers within a 6 hour time frame. To track your package you can visit our Track Your Order Page. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to update.

Q2: After placing my order, my confirmation email was never sent.

Please make sure your email address is correct when you place your order. If you don't receive a confirmation email, please check your SPAM folder. If there's still no confirmation email, please email our support team at support@treepaths.com.

Q3: How can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@treepaths.com.Once you have placed an order, there is a 6-hour time frame where the wrong information inputted can be corrected and the order can be canceled. If the 6 hour time period has passed since purchasing, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations once the shipping process begins.

Q4: What if I don't want the product anymore?

We are unable to offer refunds for items that are not wanted anymore. Refunds are only available for products that are damaged or defective.

Q5: What if I received a defective, incorrect, or damaged

 product?

Please contact us immediately if you received a defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

Shipping

Q1: How long will it take to receive my item?

Please allow up to 1 to 3 working days for orders to be processed before being dispatched. Due to our company having various warehouses outside of the United States, once your order is dispatched, delivery time is between 6 to 12 business days . Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

Q2: Tracking says it's been delivered but I haven't received anything?

We're sorry, but we are not responsible for any packages that are marked as delivered according to the tracking information but are not received by the customer. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Q3: What if my package doesn’t arrive?

We know it can be frustrating when you don't receive your package on time. That's why we want to assure you that we will do everything possible to help you locate your package. Please contact us at support@treepaths.com or refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

Q4: Why does my tracking say, “No Information Available At The Moment”?

This error can occur within our 1-3 day processing times, for the tracking information to update. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and your tracking number is still not updated, please contact us at support@treepaths.com .

Payment

Q: How long will It take to receive a refund?

Refunds are only available for products that are damaged or defective. We will notify you once we’ve received a receipt and picture or video proof of the defective product and inspected your refunded item though email, in order to continue with the refund process.

If your refund is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. For more information refer to our Refund Policy.
