Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at Treepaths. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

United States & Canada: Estimated 7-15 business days.

United Kingdom & Australia: Estimated 7-12 business days.

Rest of the World: 10-20 business days.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or peak holiday seasons.
3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your order directly on our website via the "Track Your Order" page.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES Treepaths is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Note: For most small pet products shipped to the US/Canada, customs fees are rarely an issue.
5. INCORRECT ADDRESS Please ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the local carrier first. Treepaths is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
